Shipping & Returns



 We offer first class delivery and priority mail which you can choose upon checkout.  Please allow anywhere from 5-7 days from the time of your order for it to be shipped out.


DazzlingPumpPouches are custom made and are worked on in the order they are received.  You will receive notification and a delivery confirmation # when your item ships out.  Delivery times can vary depending on the destination.   Please allow anywhere from a few days to a week for delivery inside of the U.S. 


  If  for any reason you have not received your package within two weeks or your delivery confirmation says Out For Delivery with no updated information, please contact us and we will contact the post office to find out the status.  There is a waiting period of at least 30 days before a refund is given for lost packages.  We dont lose packages in the mail too often but have had a package or two floating around and then arrive at its destination close to a month later (after giving a refund).



 DazzlingPumpPouches are made to be sturdy using quality fabric and plenty of interfacing & padding.  Please remember that pouches endure alot of wear & tear and  do wear out eventually especially around the edges, window pouches can become scuffed - these are not defects but results of normal every day use.


 Our goal is to make customers happy.  If you encounter a problem with the construction of your pouch,  please contact us within 14 days and we will take care of it. - we are very easy to work with.   If you have a problem with the fit, it may be due to an inaccurate waist measurement.  The belts are made  according to the size information we receive  on the form upon checkout.  If this was an error on our part, we will take care of it.     If this was not  our error, you are responsible for shipping charges  plus a $5.00 charge to replace the belt..

If you didnt check off the appropriate information upon checkout such as whether the pouch is for an insulin pump, Dexcom, or other two devices,  the item is nonreturnable.  


      International Shipping

We accept orders outside of the United States.   

PLEASE NOTE buyers outside of the U.S.:  Please be aware that you will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. Please check with your Customs office and/or Postal Service if you are concerned about possible tariffs. 

►VAT is NOT INCLUDED in the listing price. If your country's revenue authority collects VAT, GST, or any other tax/fee, you will have to pay the fee on delivery according to your country's regulations.

If you don't agree with the above and would like to cancel your order please contact me ASAP before I start to work on your order.  This is a loss and inconvenience to me when the buyer doesn't want to pay the fees and the order is returned to me.
